As a pioneer in the ATCA field, Asis offers standard based backplanes as well as modified standards and custom designs.  Asis backplane’s quality has been recognized by global Telecom manufactures including ECI, Comverse, Polycom, AudioCodes.

The backplanes can be fully designed by ASIS or manufactured according to requirements and production files. Strict quality assurance procedures ensure the quality of our consistently high quality products. Each backplane is electrically tested and visually inspected. These tests include incoming inspection, electrical tests, visual tests and final QC. The manufacturing floor is equipped with advanced press fit systems and backplane testers.

Asis’ innovative, off-the-shelf product lines are fully compliant with ATCA PICMG 3.X, CPCI 2.X and designed to support the NEBS and ETSI standards. Based on comprehensive signal integrity studies, Asis was able to optimize backplane speeds, offering more than 10 Gbps. Its cost-effective product lines feature unique backplane optimization by reducing the number of layers while maintaining performance requirements.
